New mines for a new world

Royal Road Minerals

The Silvi Project forms part of the Los Milagros District and is located in Nicaragua’s North Caribbean Coast Autonomous region, Municipality of Siuna about 7 km north of the historic mining town of Rosita to Siuna highway

The Silvi gold and silver project is located within the ‘Golden Triangle’, 27km east of the historical gold-copper La Luz Mine and approximately 26 km southwest of the former Rosita copper-gold mine.

Silvi forms a part of the Company’s 50-50 Strategic-Alliance agreement with Hemco Mineros Nicaragua (a subsidiary of Colombia’s Grupo Mineros S.A. MINEROS:CB). Royal Road is operator of the Strategic Alliance.

With a geological setting similar to the Nueva America project, Silvi consists of a series of volcanic rocks cut by a 50° NE trending fault. There is currently a small amount of artisanal underground mining within the fault's shear zone and surrounding country rock. However, the area remains largely unexplored and is believed to be geologically disconnected from the Nueva America epithermal setting.
