Güintar is Royal Road Minerals most advanced exploration project, currently at the resource drilling stage. Margaritas is a neighbouring porphyry copper-gold system that is yet to be drill-tested. El Alemán & Chuscalita are neighbouring mining titles that Royal Road holds options to acquire. El Alemán hosts a sheeted E-W vein system. All four are located in the emerging Anza copper-gold district
Güíntar and Margaritas is a combined skarn, vein-gold and copper-gold-silver porphyry system in the Antioquia region of Colombia. The project is wholly owned by Royal Road and is currently at the resource drilling stage. It is located approximately 50 kilometers west of Medellín (a two-hour drive) within a supportive mining community recognized for strong municipal leadership and long-standing social cohesion. The project benefits from reliable infrastructure, services and access to a skilled local workforce as well as the potential for a district-scale porphyry opportunity.
Güíntar and Margaritas were acquired from AngloGold Ashanti in 2019 as part of a country-wide license package. AngloGold Ashanti commenced work on the project in 2015, completing two scout drilling campaigns. Royal Road initiated drilling at Güíntar in July 2021.
45 diamond drill holes, totalling 13,700 meters, have been completed at Güíntar. Results confirm both vein-hosted gold and porphyry-style gold-copper-silver mineralization extend from surface to depths exceeding 350 meters. Notably, 50% of drill holes terminated in mineralized intervals. Best intersections from the Güíntar license include:
• GUI012, 303.7 meters at 1.0 g/t gold equiv * (includes 62.0 meters at 2.1 g/t gold 12.4 ppm silver and 0.6 % copper)
• GUI013, 126.0 meters at 1.2 g/t gold equiv (includes 55.0 meters at 1.5 g/t gold 10.8 ppm silver and 0.6 % copper)
• GUI020, 138.0 meters at 0.9 g/t gold equiv (includes 54m at 1.0 g/t gold, 5.5 g/t silver & 0.2% copper)
• GUI021, 330.0 meters at 0.8 g/t gold equiv (includes 43.0 meters at 2.4 g/t gold, 8.0 ppm silver and 0.4 % copper)
• GUI024, 177.0 meters at 1.0 g/t gold equiv (incudes 47m at 1.1 g/t gold, 4.3 g/t silver & 0.2% copper)
Royal Road also holds an option to acquire the neighboring El Alemán mining title. This area hosts a sheeted E–W gold vein system located above, adjacent to, and overprinting the Güíntar porphyry system. Exploratory hole ALM-DD-001 intersected sheeted vein mineralization, extending gold mineralization from surface to at least 270 meters vertical depth. Best intersection:
• ALM001, 81 meters at 1.0 g/t gold (includes 24.0 meters at 2.4 g/t gold), 250 meters below artisinal surface operations
The Margaritas license is located 4 kilometers SSE of Güíntar and is interpreted to represent the upper levels of a porphyry copper-gold system. Surface sampling of exposed breccia bodies and quartz veins has returned values of up to 35 g/t gold and 3,160 ppm silver. Soil geochemistry defines a coherent gold anomaly, while a deep magnetic high beneath the breccias and veins is interpreted as an underlying quartz-magnetite porphyry target. The Margaritas project is fully permitted and ready for drill testing.
*Gold Equivalent Calculation Assumes USD$3200/Oz gold, USD$35/Oz silver, USD$4.50/lb copper and 90% recoveries for all metals
January 2026 - After collaboration with state and local authorities as well as engagement with key stakeholders in the area, the Company's Guintar–Aleman–Margaritas (“GAM”) project is focused on finalizing drill locations for an upcoming drilling program.
Following initial drilling, the Company plans to expand into new, previously undrilled targets within the contiguous Guintar North porphyry area and into sheeted gold veins at El Aleman, where historical drilling intersected 80.5 meters at 1.0 grams per tonne gold, including 18 meters at 3.0 grams per tonne gold (see press release June 28, 2022).
Chuscalita Title - Further to the disclosed binding Option Agreement(See press release December 14, 2025), the Chuscalita Title has formally been converted, published and granted as a Mining Concession Contract as of 5 January 2026. Royal Road has made a USD$150,000 payment to the titleholders and in doing so, has satisfied the relevant condition of the Option Agreement. Drilling activities on the property are now underway(See press release January 12, 2026) .

Colombia has proven potential for Tier 1 copper and gold deposits, a skilled and ready work-force and is on the cusp of transition and support for a formalized mining sector:
- Optionality of properties within the Antioquia area
- Strong geological landscape
- Existing mines within the area
Güintar Alemán Margaritas(GAM) remains as Royal Road's flagship project, especially considering recent permitting momentum.
